He has been driving force for the growth of these organisations through his excellent people management, leadership, interpersonal and governance skills.

As CEO of The Salvation Army’s Salvos Stores, he not only led a team of 38 Executives and Senior Managers at 120 site locations but also turned around the financial performance of Salvos Stores from a loss of $1.5 million to a profit of $3.5 million, in mere 18 months of joining. For this great achievement he received a special acknowledgement “The Rotary Of The City Of Sydney Business Achiever Of The Year 2007”.
Another great achievement was working with Homeart, as their National Operations Director. Neville, through his leadership skills, led his sales team to achieve 67% growth in sales by setting ambitious yet attainable targets. This in turn lifted the profits by 90% in just 2 years.

Currently, leads the education industry group at Australia India Chamber of Commerce.
Prior to Embrace Australia, he was the CEO of LabourNet Services in India, leading business on skill education and workforce solutions.
Formerly, he was Sr. Vice President Corporate at Walt Disney. As a core member launching Star Sports network in India in 2012, he set-up global talent management for multi-sport programming and led grassroots sports development initiatives.
He was appointed as a member to CIGEPS, UNESCO in Geneva contributing to the Education SDG. He was also appointed as CEO for the National Sports Committee by CII to work on grassroots development programs.
He has managed numerous projects on education with large scale social impacts in education-employment-employability; and diversity & inclusion.
He has been co-founder of TeamLease Services, India’s largest skills & HR firm, setting up India’s first private skills university.
He started his career with NIIT implementing IT Education across schools and colleges in India.

He specialises in sports medicine field and has successfully established three innovative sports medicine clinics in Melbourne.
His primary mission is to deliver top-notch solutions within sports physiotherapy healthcare to achieve optimal health outcomes for his clients. Kusal is deeply passionate about guiding practitioners to lead a life of service founded on expertise, tangible results, exceptional service, and continuous education.
He has a remarkable track record of over 65,000 sports physiotherapy treatments spanning over two decades and mentoring over 1,000 therapists globally. Under his guidance, the university's sports teams have consistently achieved top-five rankings at the prestigious Australian University Games since 2008. Furthermore, Kusal's expertise shines on the global stage, notably during the Olympics and Winter Olympics, where his athletes represent their respective countries.
Kusal is also an accomplished author and speaker. His latest books, "3 Minute Workouts" and "Low Back Pain – 30 Days to Pain-Free," are available through Wilkinson Publishing and as a distinguished speaker, he has delivered several presentations in various countries including Australia, Singapore, China, Japan, and Sri Lanka.
CA and CPA Roshan Chawla
Roshan a qualified CPA, CA and Bachelor of Commerce. He has an extensive professional experience within the realms of Accounting, Finance, and Digital Transformations, for over 20 years in Retail, Education, International Trade and the Not-for-Profit sectors.
He works in various capacities as Director, CFO, Finance Committee Chair, and a Business Consultant providing strategic advice to his clients. His portfolio includes successful digital transformation initiatives of Financial Systems, with organisations such as The Salvation Army, Sydney Catholic Schools, and Canberra Catholic Schools.
Roshan is also associated with the International Business School at The University of Sydney, as an academic and is also a professional member of the Sydney Chapter of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and CPA Australia.
Previously, he was the National CFO and Chair of the Finance Board at The Salvation Army’s Salvos Stores. His tenure was marked by institutional contributions to the financial management, systems and processes of the organisation. This was achieved through the strategic optimisation and automation of business processes, resulting in significant growth in surplus, that assisted in increased funding of The Salvation Army’s social programs.
Gopal Garg
Gopal has been working as a senior executive in the Asia Pacific Region for over 20 years across numerous vertical markets with multinational corporations as a strategic advisor. In his role, Gopal has advised a wide range of clients to leverage the potential of technology for their strategic advantage.
Gopal is also associated with one of top English Teaching institute, in Australia, to upskill English language in India and subcontinent, to facilitate learning and mentor the students. In the process, he has partnered with Indian Corporates like Mahindra & Mahindra Group, Bharti Enterprises, Vipla Foundation to run training sessions for hundreds of Indian teachers in pedagogical methods. This in turn has helped around 500,000 under privileged children especially the girl child in rural areas, street children and disabled children across India.
Gopal has been a professional speaker and Guest Lecturer at University of New Castle, Australia. He has written white papers on the topic of “#Video Contact Centre Support Disruptive Communication Technology”.
Gopal holds a bachelor’s degree with honours in Commerce from University of Delhi and Post Graduate Business Administration Diploma from Business School, University of Auckland, New Zealand.
